The Problem We Couldn’t Ignore
Somewhere along the way, primary care stopped being built around patients. Visits got shorter. Waits got longer. Physicians spent more time on insurance paperwork than on the people in front of them. And “proactive care” became something practices talked about, not something they had time to actually do.
We knew it didn’t have to be this way — because we’ve stood on both sides of it: physicians who wanted more time with patients, and patients who wanted more say in their own care.
So we built something different.
